Building homes for rent to expand her ever-growing portfolio, Sue engages Nest Design every time to get the functionality and aesthetic right and to appeal to the target market. Each home is different; this time we sought luxurious appeal on a budget. Shimmering mosaic tiles feature in dark moody tones, bronze and aubergine hues highlight the earthy grey palette. Nest Design custom designed the kitchen, butler’s pantry, wardrobes, bathrooms, study, entry and laundry and included elegant surfaces throughout and cleverly concealed LED lighting features in the bathrooms. Needless to say, the house was leased within days and it’s on to the next project!
